SAIOR PADEL WARRANTY
All products will have a 3-year legal warranty.
The guarantee will be valid for the exchange of the same product or another with similar characteristics.
If the customer decides to exchange the product for another lower price model, Saior will refund the difference.
On the contrary, if the product to be exchanged is of greater value, the customer will have to pay the price difference before Saior sends them the new model.
For the guarantee to be effective, the product to be returned will not have signs or signs of damage such as scratches, bumps, breaks or clear wear and tear due to use.
After the period of sixty (60) days after receipt of the product, no refunds can be made and if the customer decides to return the product after this time, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and product resendment.
1.- Right of withdrawal
The consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the order placed remotely without stating a reason, for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the correct receipt of the product. The consumer and user can send the entire order or, if they prefer, they can send any of the products that make up the total order and, all this, without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
The consumer and user must bear the direct shipping cost of the return to SAIOR, whether he returns the order in full or if he decides to return only some of the products of the order.
To formalize the return, you must contact SAIOR at the following address email@example.com. Once said communication has been received, SAIOR will indicate the way to send the order to its offices or warehouses.
SAIOR is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user hires for the return of the order. In this sense, SAIOR recommends that the consumer and user demand that the courier company provide the delivery receipt once the courier has deposited the product at the SAIOR offices, so that the consumer and user is aware that the product has been successfully delivered to SAIOR. SAIOR is not responsible for the address where the consumer and user send the order for its return if it is different from those indicated. SAIOR may request the consumer and user to send said proof of delivery in order to verify it.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies, packaging,…) will be borne directly by the consumer and user.
The product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the consumer and user does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the consumer and user accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that SAIOR may reject the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and Username.
Once SAIOR verifies that the order is in optimal condition, SAIOR will proceed to return the entire amount paid by the consumer and user.
If the consumer and user decide to return the order in full, SAIOR will return to the consumer and user all the amounts that they have paid (including the shipping costs related to the delivery of SAIOR to the consumer and user).
If the consumer and user only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, SAIOR will not be able to return the shipping costs that the consumer and user have paid for the entire order.
SAIOR informs consumers and users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the consumer and user when buying the product:
The User has made the payment by credit / debit card, SAIOR will return the amount paid within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from when the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.
If the consumer and user have made the payment through PAYPAL, SAIOR will return the amount paid within a period of twenty-four (24) – forty-eight (48) business hours since the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.
In any case, SAIOR will return the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which the consumer and user have informed of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
In the case of promotions applicable to the acquisition of independent items that include the addition of an additional product, being by way of example, but not limited to, promotions 2×1, 3×1 or any other that involves the delivery of an extra product for free or reduced price, if the consumer and user decide to apply their right of withdrawal on their purchase, this right will have effects on the set of products provided as part of the promotion.
2.- Returns for manufacturing defects
The consumer and user may return to SAIOR, free of charge, any product that is defective or does not conform to the description made for a period of sixty (60) days from the date on which the product was received. Taking into account the nature of the products purchased, the consumer and user will have a period of 30 days from the acquisition of the product where they became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify SAIOR through the mail firstname.lastname@example.org enabled for this purpose, indicating the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence that demonstrate the defects or lack of conformity of the products, as well as a detailed list of the defects appreciated, the purchase order and any other additional documentation that allows to identify the purchase made by the consumer and user.
Once SAIOR has received the communication from the consumer and user and has analyzed the incident through its Quality Department, it will inform you as soon as possible whether or not to return the product, objectively attending to the nature of the product, or the nature of the alleged lack of conformity or defect. In the event that the return proceeds, SAIOR will indicate to the consumer and user the way in which to send the defective product to its warehouses.
However, SAIOR will not, in any case, charge the products that are returned without having proceeded by the consumer and user in accordance with the process detailed above.
Each product to be returned must be unused, and must be returned together with all its labels, packaging and -where appropriate- documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the consumer and user do not proceed in this way, SAIOR and, in particular, its Quality Department, will have to objectively assess the incident, determining whether the product is defective, taking into account its nature and the nature of the alleged lack of conformity. or defect.
SAIOR informs the consumer and user that, taking into account the characteristics of the products, generally their repair cannot be carried out because it would be disproportionate. In the event that due to the characteristics of the specific product and the defect, it is possible to repair it, the consumer and user will be expressly informed of this circumstance, giving them the possibility to choose between replacement or repair.
In line with the foregoing, the consumer and user may replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics, the replacement of the product does not involve any type of expense. If it is not possible to replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics, you will be offered the possibility of choosing a new similar model.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the consumer and user chooses, as appropriate, will take place within seven (7) to fitteen (15) business days from the date on which SAIOR will confirm the consumer and user. the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
In the event that the repair of the product could not be carried out and that the replacement of the product was not in accordance with the contract, the consumer and user may choose to terminate the contract.
SAIOR informs consumers and users that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the consumer and user would have used when buying the product:

3.- Product Change Policy
SAIOR does not support the exchange of products purchased by the consumer and user in different places where the purchase was made.
In the event that the consumer and user wants to change a product, they must exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of clause 7.2 de la página Terminos y Condiciones.
4.- Returns of TEST & ENJOY Purchases
Try and return in the following cases:
• Try it and if you like it, keep the product.
• Try and request an exchange for another model.
• Try it and if you don’t like it, we’ll refund your money.
This satisfaction guarantee will be effective for a period of seven (7) days after receiving the product. Being valid for any product in the same range.
TEST & ENJOY Satisfaction Guarantee
4.1. The customer will have 7 days to test once they have received the product at home.
4.2. If you decide to return the product for any of the above cases, the shipping costs and responsibility will be the customer’s. In no case, the brand (Saior Padel) will be responsible for any mistake, loss or damage that the product may have suffered in the shipment, due to the courier that the client chooses to make the shipment.
4.3. Once the returned product has been received, and the pertinent revisions have been made by the brand (Saior Padel) to verify that the product has no damage, Saior Padel will proceed to make the change for the product of characteristics and price similar, or failing the refund of the money.
4.4. If the customer decides to change the product for another model with a lower price, Saior Padel will refund the difference once the Test period has passed and the customer has confirmed their satisfaction.
4.5. On the contrary, if the product to be exchanged is of higher value, the customer will have to pay the difference in price before Saior Padel sends the new model.
4.6. The customer may only use this warranty once for each model purchased. In other words, in the event that you decide to repeat the same product purchase that was already returned using this guarantee in another previous purchase, the Test & Enjoy guarantee will no longer be valid again.
4.7. Saior Padel will only be responsible for the reshipping costs for product changes one time. If the client wants to make more changes, he will have to fully assume the costs or shipping costs of the necessary shipments.
4.8. In order for the product to be returned or exchanged, the product to be returned must be in perfect condition as it was sent to the customer.
4.9. If, on the other hand, the product shows signs of damage such as scratches, bumps, breaks or clear wear and tear due to use. The product will be returned to the customer leaving the purchase as completed, the customer being the one who assumes the total costs of reshipping the product. Therefore, no claim to the brand (Saior Padel) will be effective.
4.10. The service is subject to stock availability. Therefore, it may be the case that the product cannot be returned or exchanged for the one requested by the client and in this case any other model that is in stock may be requested, taking into account points 4.4 and 4.5. Failing that, you can request a refund of the money.
4.11. Saior Padel reserves the right to withdraw the Test & Enjoy guarantee at any time and without prior notice.
