Important information to keep in mind

1.- Delivery protocol

For responsibility and prevention, once you receive your order, your dealer will follow the following protocol:

  • The delivery man will deposit your package at the door and call you. All of our delivery men have been provided with disposable gloves to guarantee minimal contact.
  • We will keep a minimum distance of 1.50m with you and we will wait for your identification. You will not have to sign at the terminal, it will be enough to show your ID to guarantee delivery during this alarm period.
  • Once identified, you will collect your package safely, without contact.

2.- Shipping and deliveries

We inform you that in some territories shipments may be delayed due to sanitary restrictions or war situation. If you are affected by this situation, do not hesitate to contact us through the CONTACT form on the web or by writing to [email protected].

Due to adverse weather conditions, shipping and delivery times may be affected. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.

3.- Right of withdrawal

If you received your order between March 1, 2020 and June 1, 2020, you have until July 31, 2020 to exercise it.

4.- Guarantee

The terms remain unchanged. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service Department through the CONTACT form on the web or by writing to [email protected].

5.- Physical stores

Saior PƔdel does not work directly with physical stores, the brand only makes online sales on its different platforms. This is why, we can offer the best prices and offers on the market in our High-end products in Paddle.

Likewise, this does not mean that in some circumstances you can find some of our products offered in a specialized physical store.

Physical or online stores that do not belong to SAIOR, will also buy in the same way and at the same prices as any other consumer. With the freedom that they will be able to put their sale price or RRP, which they deem appropriate to their clients.

How do I pay in Pay in 3 installments without interest?

Select the option Pay in 3 interest-free installments to divide your purchase into 3 payments, which are made every 30 days from the moment your order is confirmed (normally on the date it is shipped). You only need to indicate the details of the debit or credit card that you want to use for automatic payments. We will remind you when the next payment will be made. You just have to relax and enjoy your purchases. Check all the conditions.

Does the payment in Pay in 3 installments without interest have any commission?

We do not charge you any interest for Pay in 3 installments without interest You will not be charged any commission if you make the payments according to the established terms. If you are late on a payment, a late fee may apply. For more information, see the product conditions

Will Klarna do a credit check for all 3 interest-free installments?

By choosing to pay in Pay in 3 installments without interest, Klarna may order a credit report from a third party. See the product conditions for more information.

3.- What taxes apply to the purchase of the products?

The prices shown on our site include any taxes or other extra administration costs or duties.

All international shipments made will be exposed to customs control of the country of destination. If this were the case, and this control entailed some extra expense, the client will have to take charge of paying them to release the product. Next, you must inform Saior Padel with supporting documents for said expenses so that Saior can refund or reimburse you for them.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department. For more details about the charges, please contact your local customs office.

4.- What are the shipping time and costs?

You can consult all the information on the preparation time of your order, delivery periods and shipping costs in the Terms and conditions section of our website, specifically in clause 6.

The indicated deadlines are subject to the correct and normal operation and logistical development of the preparation and shipping process, as well as the volume of orders existing at all times.

5.- How do I follow up on my order?

We or our courier company will send you an email with the tracking to follow the order once it has been prepared and leaves the warehouse according to the preparation and shipping deadlines. When you receive it, you can enter it on the corresponding tracking page.

The type of shipment chosen will determine that the tracking is available in real time.

No deliveries are made on non-working days and holidays.

6.- What to do if I have an incident with my order?

Our Customer Service team is available to solve any incident related to your order. To contact us, do so from our Contact form or by writing to [email protected].

Select the category that best suits your issue and send us your request. We will contact you by email as soon as possible.

7.- Can I return a product?

You have sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, which consists of carrying out the termination of the contract. To exercise this right, you must follow the procedure established in clause 7 “Right of withdrawal” detailed in the Terms and Conditions, or in the Returns section of our website.

8.- What guarantee do I have in relation to the products?

Our products are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase.

If any of the orders you have purchased has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to SAIOR, free of charge, as any product that is defective or that does not conform to the description made for a period of sixty (60) days from the date on the one that received the product. Taking into account the nature of the products purchased, the consumer and user will have a period of 30 days from the acquisition of the product where they became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate it to SAIOR through the mail [email protected] enabled for this purpose, indicating the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence that demonstrate the defects or lack of conformity of the products, as well as a detailed list of the Appreciated defects, the purchase order and any other additional documentation that allows identifying the purchase made by the consumer and user.

9.- Where can I physically buy SAIOR products?

If you have a physical store, you can always buy our products at our prices and later sell it as an impulse sale at the cost you deem appropriate.
