5. Orders

6. Prices, Taxes and Discount Codes
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Applicable shipping costs and other charges will be shown during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where legally payable by the customer, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Discount codes:
- Must be used according to the conditions of the relevant promotion.
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- May not be combined with certain promotions or collections.
7. Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Once shipped, international orders usually take approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances beyond SAIOR’s control.
During periods of high demand and the Chinese New Year period, processing times may be longer.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have 30 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason, subject to the conditions established in our Returns & Warranty Policy.
The customer is responsible for direct return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Products must be returned in appropriate condition, with their original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation where applicable.
9. Warranty
Products are covered by the applicable 3-year legal warranty, subject to applicable law and the conditions established in our Returns & Warranty Policy.

10. Product Exchanges
SAIOR does not process direct exchanges for products purchased through third-party retailers or platforms.
Products purchased through our online store are normally exchanged by returning the original product under the applicable return conditions and placing a new order.
TEST & ENJOY exchanges are governed by the specific TEST & ENJOY conditions.
11. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All intellectual and industrial property rights relating to saiorpadel.com, including its design, content, graphics, trademarks, source code and other elements, belong to SAIOR or their respective rights holders.
No material may be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written authorization from the relevant rights holder.
