1. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom and Vietnam.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
For destinations where free shipping is not available:

Countries not included in Zones 0–2 or otherwise assigned to another shipping zone.
Zone 4 — €40
Australia and New Zealand.
Zone 5 — €55
Brunei, Canada, Guam, Laos and Mexico.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Normal processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.
During sales periods, holidays, periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.
During the Chinese New Year period, approximately 21 January to 5 February, processing may take up to 15 days.
4. Delivery Times
Once shipped, international orders usually arrive within approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs procedures.
- Carrier delays.
- Weather conditions.
- Holidays.
- Transport disruptions.
- Other circumstances beyond SAIOR’s control.
5. Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where legally payable by the customer, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
SAIOR is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to SAIOR because it cannot be delivered, was refused or because of circumstances attributable to the customer, SAIOR may deduct the applicable shipping and return costs from any refund, where legally permitted.
