You can now choose the following representation options:
OPTION 1: COMMERCIAL AGENT
• As a commercial agent you will be part of our Saior commercial network. In this case, you will have a commission for the sale of the product of 15%.
• Your client can buy directly from us or do it through you. In this case, you will pay us the full amount having deducted your sales commission before the product is shipped.
• If you wish, you can have territorial exclusivity from minute 1 during the first 6 months, if you reach a minimum of 50 sales in this period, it will be extended for another 6 months automatically. If it is not possible to reach this number of sales, you will lose the right of territorial exclusivity.
• Since we do not have sample material, all the physical material that the salesperson needs for this purpose will have to be purchased directly, paying its cost, which will be the same as the retail price of the brand minus 50%.
• Sales will be made based on the prices and conditions of our online catalog that you can find at saiorpadel.com
OPTION 2: INDEPENDENT WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR
• As a wholesale distributor you will be part of our Saior commercial network. In this case, you will make the purchase of the product directly from us in Lots to later sell them at your own prices to your customers.
• You will have to make batch purchases of a minimum of 10 units, which can be of different models.
• In this case, you decide your commission or profit per sale when selling to your customers.
• If you wish, you can have territorial exclusivity from minute 1 during the first 6 months, if you reach a minimum of 50 sales in this period, it will be extended for another 6 months automatically. If it is not possible to reach this number of sales, you will lose the right of territorial exclusivity.
• Since we do not have sample material, all the physical material that the salesperson needs for this purpose will have to be purchased directly, paying its cost, which will be the same as the retail price of the brand minus 50%.
