Only one discount code can be used per order, and some promotions cannot be combined.

We ship internationally from our warehouses in Asia.
Available destinations and shipping costs are shown during checkout.
Is shipping free?
We offer free standard shipping to selected destinations.
Shipping costs for other destinations are calculated automatically at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive the available tracking information by email.
If there is a problem with your tracking information:
Will I have to pay customs?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
When legally payable by the customer, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
What condition must the product be in?
Products must be returned in appropriate condition, without excessive signs of use or damage and, where applicable, with their original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the applicable refund will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.

Our products are covered by the applicable 3-year legal warranty.
What if my product is defective?

What is TEST & ENJOY?
TEST & ENJOY allows you to try selected SAIOR products and decide whether to keep, exchange or return them.
You have 7 days from receipt to request an exchange or return.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, subject to availability.
If the replacement is cheaper, we refund the difference. If it is more expensive, you pay the difference before shipment.
SAIOR covers reshipping once for an exchange.
What condition must the product be in?
It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without scratches, dents, breaks or obvious damage caused by use.
Can I use TEST & ENJOY more than once?
It can be used once per model purchased, subject to availability.

Does SAIOR have physical stores?
SAIOR operates primarily as an online brand.
Some products may also be available through independent specialist retailers.
I bought from another retailer. Can I return it to SAIOR?
No. Purchases made through third-party retailers should normally be managed directly with the retailer where the purchase was made.
